SRT incorporates a veriety of natural healing techniques

in order to re-attune a persons Endocdrine System.

The seven main endoctines that I work on are the Chakra points.

Crown Chakra-

Attuneing and expelling. Opening the person to recieve the healings.

To do this I incorporate Reiki & meditations and use beta waves, theta waves, Delta waves & Gamma waves to adjust the brain activity with sound stimulations. Each wave attunes the persons mind to the level needed for healing.  The sound used depends on the persons energy.

Third eye Chakra

Allowing the person to let go of negitive visual imagry and replaceing it with healing features.

To do this I incorporate Guided Imagry, EFT &  Reiki Healing to attune the persons thought patterns and bodies reaction to negative thought patterns.

We all have certain issues from the past that the very thought of makes us tighten up our entire bodies.

Eft enables the bodies reaction to these thoughts to be counteracted with calmness

Throat and Heart Chakra

The suppression caused by words unsaid can be more harmful than you think. This also effects the heart area and pain stored there often correlates so I work it in together.

Holding words back means holding our breath and lack of ozygen is never a good thing. Over time it is terrible.

For this I teach breathing and meditation. Breath is to be taken DEEP and full.

Breathing in the strength and out the pain.

Navel Chakra solar plexus

The punching point. The inital point that we feel the blow and our main energy blocker.

Fot this we use Reiki Healing. Aura protection Crystal healing and breathing.

Alot of pain is held here causing Digestive issues and could be life threatening. Release is very important for overall well being.

Sacral & Base Chakra

Unreleased suppression is stored in the sacral, it is often darkened. Our base is our whole being.

This effects our sexual attitude along with our overall attitude on life.

Blockage here can prevent people from living to there fullest potential.

For this I first need to allign the first 5 Chakras. Once done I incorporate Herbs/ Vitamins, crystal healing and Reiki to re-attune the body mind and soul.     

Reiki is my specialty
Reiki uses the power of universial energy in the aid of tuning and cleansing the body chakras, Thus-  the removal of bad energy.
Over time suppressed emotions can cause internal issues that if left unresolved can cause cancers, tumors and many other life affecting issues.
I provide  Reiki Therapy &  Reiki Lessons.
 The power of Reiki can aid in many things for example:
- Reducing stress, Tension  and anxiety
- Detox  the body / help digestion
- Relieves Head aches and Fatique
- Enhances clarity of the world and situations
- Letting go of past pain and hurt (emotional healing),
- Anger Control
and much, much more.........

Reiki therapy feels different for each person.
I incorporate a variety of relaxation techniques such as; Hot Stone Therapy, Crystal Therapy and many forms of Meditation work  into my Reiki sessions. I feel this enhances the effects of Reiki.
Stress Reduction is enhanced for everybody.
